baibashop.com is operated by Baiba Rimeika, based in Latvia, European Union. We sell handmade knitwear and artisan accessories online to customers across the EU and beyond.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on baibashop.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

3. Products

Our products are handmade and may have slight variations in color, texture, or size — this is part of their artisan character and not a defect. Product images are as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to EU countries and selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

6. EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive 2023/2673).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the cancellation function available in your customer account on our store. After submitting your withdrawal request, you will receive an email confirmation. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated. We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised items made to your specifications.

7. Returns and Refunds

For returns outside the withdrawal period, please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy]. Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

8. Conformity of Goods

We guarantee that our products conform to their description and are free from defects. If you receive a defective or non-conforming item, you have the right to repair, replacement, or refund under EU Directive 2019/771.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on baibashop.com — including photos, text, and designs — is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Latvian courts. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
